From personal family experience, this is next to impossible if you did not add a recovery email to your account profile. Once your access is blocked it's extremely difficult to get any support from Google for various reasons, including security.

Did you have a passkey security setup? Backup email? 2FA at least? Sorry you are going through this. Hopefully your account is not tied to many other profiles.
