Hey sorry to be a downer, but this is not very good advice. I’m not sure what you think happens in a 4-year degree program, but it’s certainly more involved than “reading 1-3 hours a day and 10-30 minutes of reflection”. And discussing neuroscience with Andrew Huberman is a totally different goal from becoming an expert in the field. There are much easier ways to do the former.
