I like it. I like colored terminal output, and emoji are colorful, which helps me rapidly form a gestalt of what's going on. I like syntax highlighting too, and find code quite a bit more difficult to read without it. Not everyone is like that, and that's ok. I don't expect my whims to be catered to, and you shouldn't either. |
