I am on my third Mighty due to faults. The first one was an early model which had an unpatchable firmware issue that bricked it. They sent me a replacement, for free. One the second one, the cable (and jack port) keeps corroding, meaning I can no longer charge it. I have emailed customer support 3 times with no reply, tried Twitter and literally cannot get a response from them at all. Really really disappointing as I love(d) the product and what the company was trying to create. |
