Do you know the “ending” of a piece of software before you write it? Obviously it varies a lot, based on the type of project and your own personal methodology. Sometimes you might be able to say yes, sometimes you might have to say no. In some cases the question won’t even make sense. And in all cases you might suspect that the person asking the question is misunderstanding something fundamental about the working process. |
