Well, tech is a bit different in that because it uses a computer (and a lot of roles aren't highly monitored, if at all i.e. WFH) you have the choice to do things other than your job. I imagine most people working with a computer in a corporate role, are spending maybe a few hours of their time actually working, and the rest of their time doing things they actually enjoy doing. |
