I would start by speaking to a lawyer familiar with startup founders agreements. Tell him what you want in it.. you could totally ask about things like termination clauses for not carrying out his side of the deal.
Termination clauses - we haven't considered those yet. Sounds like a sensitive topic. Any advice on how to approach it? How do put targets in a partnership contract? And is it fair to add something like that, putting expectations like that can also create a lot of pressure?
