have you ever thought of simplifying your hiring process? one coding round, okay. but then again another follow up coding round AAAAAND A 2-day trial project? seriously? if you're working, nobody has time for that. and it's extremely unreasonable. you seemed like a cool company, but a couple of times i started the application process and then saw the description again and gave up. |
