If it is single threaded, how does this relates to PS4 and PS5 ?

It probably only uses one or two cores on consoles, the rest being reserved for the game running.

Now i get it. I mixed it up with "windows type single threaded" where, even if you had a multiple processor machine, windows will run only on one processor.
