I built a website and app called Kitchenese that helps you reduce food waste by keeping a record of inventory and giving you a nice visual indicator of which recipes are accessible to you. You can also search by ingredients to use up meat/produce that is close to spoiling. I plan on writing better algorithms for matching as well as introducing shopping and diet constraint features. It also has some great tools for converting measurements from metric system to US measurement system. There are currently 130 delicious recipes.

Another part of Kitchenese is a food business planning tool that helps current and aspiring restaurateurs financially plan out a business by setting variables such as labor, menus, recipes, ingredient costs, projected sales, as well as rent/equipment and other expenses.

There is a good video demonstration here: https://kitchenese.io/about/

If you enjoy cooking or want to learn how to cook I think you should check it out!
