It's equals parts a post-ZIRP cultural shift of companies no longer pretending to care about DEI, a post-Elon Twitter cultural shift for what's seen as acceptable, and a post-Oct 7 shift where, frankly, companies are now scared shitless to take political stances in general because of how sensitive the topic of the current war in the middle east is.
