Yes. Texas the State is executing its statehood right to secure its borders which contradicts the Federal policy. Federal Administration through the SC has issued a reversal of Texas' securitization of its border by issuing National Guard order to remove barbwire. Texas in turn has reversed course and continue to put up barbwire fencing to protect its property and citizens from unauthorized access. Federal Administration now seeking to revoke rights of Texas to use its designated National Guard.
