Any notes on quality? I suspect that a poor translation can confuse a potential customer. For multi-lingual users I think sometimes it's better to show text in the original language than to poorly translate to their preferred language.

Quality has been tested against every other service and matches or outperforms them.

Many of the current users are native speakers, and every day I work with them to get it better accustomed to what they're expecting

I put a live demo on the site though - I encourage you to verify this yourself!

Sadly my non-English language skills are not developed enough for me to be a good judge. I think you'll usually be selling to people who don't have the language skills to evaluate quality. Some kind of independent analysis of quality could help.
I agree, and I actually do have people who are native speakers and not interested in the project that I work with. Hopefully with some time it can be something substantial
