Contact your credit card company to initiate a chargeback and block further charges.

Just a note about this: payment processors/payment networks/banks require some kind of compliance with the chargeback process which is kind of a black-box dispute process, there's no way to know how it will shake out but they do tend to side with the "buyer" for small stuff like this.

That said, there's nothing that says the vendor can't take punitive action. Amazon, for example, has common terms in their agreements that say things like "if you even initiate a chargeback we block you from all of our platforms". Not sure how that would work on X but just an FYI on chargebacks.

There's no way anybody left at twitter will even notice this, let alone know what to do about it.
Hopefully this should be sufficient. If not, filing a claim with a small claims court might be the next step.
