Walmart did ~$600B revenue across ~10k stores. Which means each store generates ~$60M/store. For someone responsible for $60M in revenue, is the GM of a store with hundreds-of-thousands of products, and manages dozens/hundreds of employees - having an OTE of $0.4M could be argued as being underpaid.
