Interesting way of looking at it, although it aught to be clarified this is some sort of "mean average" success for capitalising on an idea, ignoring other definitions of success, non-standard paths to success (which are probably the norm for most), and luck factors etc.

Disagree on the leeches point, just because someone trades their time for resources in a convoluted way doesn't necessarily mean they're leeching.
