Work on myself. I've been in this situation above before. And the troublesome breakup in combination. Not pretty. But indeed, gym and lite jogging helped me a lot. Creating dreams and goals as well. Learning new things. One thing I had a lot in this situation (and probably you too) was time. Time for myself. You will be surprised how many other things (than socializing) you could do with time on your hands! |
