I'm looking for a website that covers new startups, new apps, etc. in the style of TechCrunch but without 99% covering of Apple, Facebook, Tesla, Twitter, etc.

Yes, ProductHunt is great, but it's also 100% gamed.

https://www.techinasia.com/ covers Asian startups so it may be less familiar to you depending on you. It's also, funnily enough, a YC company! (15 i think)
