Until recently they had a ‘no returns’ policy. I suspect this thing is going to serve as an inoculation against AI fever. Not that I think AI won’t live up to it’s promise over time, but that it will be steady and incremental over the next decade or so, rather than a sudden overturning of the tables with blockbuster products. |
