For those unaware, "2nm" is marketing-speak. The actual physical dimensions are 45nm gate pitch and 20nm tightest metal pitch for 2nm.

Oh wow, so a 7 percent improvement, not 50 percent. I'd heard about the disparity, but didn't know it was that big.
