After 2007-2008, people were still talking about a “double-dip” recession until, what, 2011? The uneven recovery pretty much directly led to Trump. I guess if you’re talking tech-only, go look at how long it took the Nasdaq to achieve new highs after 2001. Markets don’t recover. They evolve. |
