> As a result, empty-nest Baby Boomers own 28% of large homes — and Milliennials with kids own just 14%, according to a Redfin analysis released Tuesday. Gen Z families own just 0.3% of homes with three bedrooms or more. So, does GenX have the other 58%? I have doubts about that. Why don't they tell us where GenX stands and where the rest of the houses are? How many houses are corporate owned? They mention GenX a few paragraphs down, but only in the context of 2012, when they owned 19%. |
