I personally think that more intelligence might make the need for personal gratification go away. I mean, to start with the ideas is that humans will be completely and utterly redundant, the AI will be better than us at everything, what happens to the ego in this situation? What happens if the cost of things is reduced to next to nothing due to efficiency gains from super intelligent systems? |
