Sadly, Bob Bishop passed away in 2014.

He's still talked about fondly in the various Apple II user groups, his legacy looms large. Here's a page written about him after his passing, on the Kanasfest site. (Kansasfest is the largest annual Apple II convention) https://www.kansasfest.org/2014/11/remembering-bob-bishop/
