Because they have a different problem compared to smaller ones: a huge influx of applicants, and this is an easy way to filter and standardize process across a loooot of interviewers. Is it perfect? Hell no. Does it result in false positives/negatives? Sure. Is it OK for them, considering the volume? Yup. |
