Very cool! Technically this is a reed organ (as noted in the original video), since the sound is produces by a vibrating tongue instead of air resonating along a pipe. The horns on top, which look a bit like pipes, are probably just there to improve the tone a bit.

This reed organ still sounds pretty buzzy, but a full-size one isn't so bad. Rodney Jantzi's website https://www.rodneyjantzi.com features some pretty great recordings, as well as pictures of reed organ restorations. Earlier this evening I finished re-covering the reservoir of a 120-140 year-old reed organ, so reed organs are pretty near to my heart right now.
