I just passed on an application that asked for nationality, gender, pronouns, whether I'm part of some sort of victimhood "community", veteran status, indigeneity category, or whether I'd describe my identity some other way, for which they replaced the cover letter textbox so I can give them as much useful info as possible. Insane. |
