You're frankly spreading nonsense...Starlink remained active in Ukraine at all times. Musk only refused to activate it in Crimea, where it was never activated before because of sanctions [1]. After that, the U.S. military signed a formal contract and now decides whether to activate it or not. Musk admitted to talking to Putin a few times.
