My team is remote I fly every 3-6 months to meet in person for a week and it has its benefits. But last two times we actually ran out of steam by day 3 and I found my team working physically adjacent but mentally remote in headphone land by day 3, with some not even coming in by day 4. I’m not sure I’ll stay more than 3 nights next time. |
