In Australia at least this has been challenged in court; other organisations have already signed deals with unionised workers to grant this concept (working from home) This is hardly the first thing that people have said employers have the right to do, that later they lose, giving rights to the workforce. I'm sure this idea will catch on in America eventually, right after the metric system, and universal healthcare /s |
