Jup. I agree with most of that, but I also don't have the details. She mentions a couple of things regarding performance: - 1,5 month, off-ramp - 3 opportunities/prospects - 0 sales Perhaps something came to light after follow up with prospects in those 3 opportunities. Or the metric is off for newer hires. Since I guess most were hired around May last year. |
