Unfortunately the social atmosphere has become very prudish and Victorian lately. But for those more open minded there's great advances in sex tech.

I really hope society stops fussing so much about what other people do in the bedroom.

But I mean, the conservatives are getting very concerned with people being trans, credit card services are cutting off anything that's even remotely "spicy" etc, this is what I mean.

But I'm in Europe, I've never even visited the US. Perhaps things are different there. But I doubt that because the whole credit card thing is coming from there.
