Technically Odoo is an ERP system (not CRM, which is only one part of the ERP).
We are in the process of implementing Odoo for our ~50 person company.
We're in the wholesale natural stone slab space and the incumbent was industry specific but not super modern or flexible with terrible support.
Odoo has an opinionated way of doing things, so unless you're open to changing processes slightly or open to spending a large amount customizing, you'll have to take what you can get.
I personally dabble in Python, so it's an awesome upgrade for me. However the larger team is still a grumbly.
