Genocide has a very specific meaning and you don't have to kill a single person to be committing it. Whether that applies to Israel in Gaza I couldn't say as IANAL. I would hazard no. However, it might be yes - they are levelling the city and leaving the people alive and that could count as destroying the culture. |
