I do like the traffic light idea. It's hard with the battery constraints of a wearable, but e-ink and a larger display might help give even more nuance. I previously worked on a similar project focused on office interruptions, where you could display short statuses on an e-ink display on your desk - here's my teammate's writeup: https://www.timmychiu.com/dash .
