Exactly, and it's gotten even worse lately. Unless you have a track record and reputation on the sites already, your proposals will simply be ignored anyway. It's really a waste of time there unless you can offer something very unique, or can somehow undercut the developing-nation sweatshops - even then, you'll be mostly ignored with no track record. |
