Thats an harder and harder position to defend with ever week the civilian population in Gaza is treated the way it is.

The very sad and pragmatic truth might be that mutually assured destruction might have been able to prevent this.

Its especially bad since thats the way the Soviet Union got its nukes.

Throwing gasoline into a fire is probably not the best thing.
Indeed, the doomsday clock is already requiring higher and higher resolutions. I unfortunately dont see how this changes the dynamic at play.
