Do I provide more value in more time? If I work in a factory, doing trivial manufacturing tasks where you control the speed of the lane/conveyor thingy: Probably. When you explain me what you want without having a clear picture and while omitting juicy details along the way, totally relying on my ability to think for you and 'figuring it out'? No. Not at all. Bottom line: That blog post is not applicable to me and uses a kind of math that Germans call 'Milchmaedchenrechnung' [1] (Google Translate might help, basically it's a naive and wrong way to do math).
