The disadvantage is that you lose all credibility. If Musk says something factually true tomorrow, my first instinct is to not believe him. That's kind of bad. I believe Musk is also tarnishing the Tesla brand by his antics. I noticed that the association to Musk is kinda turning some left-leaning liberals away from Tesla. |
