Until fairly recently, Figma was stuck in sRGB, while Sketch supported wide-gamut color. It blew my mind that designers were ok with this. Anyway, if I were interviewing a designer, I’d look at their portfolio and just ask if they’re comfortable using whatever tool is standard at the company. |
