Ask HN: Early stage startup attorney in NYC?

We're incorporated, living off savings while bootstrapping but with investment interest swirling around, and I'm hoping to find someone to help navigate the legal side of things. Fenwick and West has been great for us, they get things done. They are expensive but not abusive with fees, and they let us defer payment for awhile in the beginning.
