Assuming a 80 year lifespan, that would amount to 5 years exercising. So you need to weigh that up again...

If you really like swimming / football / cricket / basketball / hiking / climbing / whatever then it sounds like a great trade-off. More fun in exchange for better health is a deal anyone would take.
If you hate exercising you won't do it for 1.5h/day anyway.

If you enjoy exercising, you get to do something you like, which on top of that increases your (healthy) lifespan. Win win.

This is why it’s best to find a form of exercise you enjoy
