For me usually procrastination happens in two scenarios: - the task is too simple which makes it boring to do
- the task is too complex and needs an effort which I don’t want to face so I defer doing it. Best scenario happens when a task is both exciting and is in the scope ( or slightly upper ) of my expertise |
