Many communities in my home state Florida were 55+. All ends of the spectrum...condos and trailer parks. The community wants a quiet environment. It's enabled by the fact that federal discrimination law explicitly allows "one-sided" discrimination by age. Not for any other classes (race, sex, etc) |
