Kind of off topic, but seeing “Join Discord” in the main nav for this product makes me sad. Discord truly is the least efficient and enjoyable way to engage around new products, yet many founders are doing it because it’s what the other cool kids are doing. Who has the time to troll through some random product’s Discord server? I’ll never understand this trend. Discord is awesome for voice chatting while gaming, but terrible for building communities around products. |
