As someone who interviewed in the bay for the last 7 years, ghosting is pretty normal on both sides of the equation. It totally sucks when you go through the process and don't hear anything back but I also take it as a sign of feedback that I didn't kill on the interview. I have ghosted a ton on interviews, never purposely but things get lost in the shuffle if you aren't super passionate about the company It isn't a great habit/practice on either side, but by any means this isn't new |

I like that you mentioned this. As a job-seeker, if you've interviewed at a number of places and decided to take a position with one of them, letting the others know that you're no longer on the market is just as important as them letting you know if they've decided not to hire you, for all the same reasons.
