no it isn't, they reversed the decision thankfully (we own a 2017 bolt, it's great)

They didn't 'reverse the decision' - the current Bolt is dead, and the factory will still be switched over to producing electric trucks.

They announced that they are going to redesign and relaunch the bolt at some undetermined future date, and have not announced where it will be built.
