What is school mode? I've never heard of this. Every country / locale has different school phone policies. Even breaking the rules why would they not be labeled as victims of a crime? Someone who was pranked would usually be labeled as a "victim of the prank". FYI, I don't think this is some major crime that deserves jail time or serious consequences but it's still a crime. |
