The problem is that the person reporting this needs to identity the provider or nothing will get done. The plane usually tells you if the WiFi is provided by viasat, anuvu, or any of the other big players. These companies program this stuff before it goes into the aircraft and the airline IT has no access to this stuff. Without the missing info, it’s almost impossible to trace this. |
