No. In the event of a bankruptcy, the inventory should be sold to the highest bidder and used to reimburse the creditors of the company (probably the IRS/investors/suppliers). Bringing scooters to your house would still be theft. |

In its place, city-serviced bikes are available to rent (and must be returned to their "stations" after use).
